Progress Bar Not Working in Both Production and Developer Mode

hello i have a problem : Progress bars (file uploads, data imports, exports) and real-time features are not working in both production and developer modes.

  • All services show as RUNNING in bench status
  • Socket.IO process running on port 9001
  • Redis running on ports 11001/13001
  • Nginx properly configured for WebSockets
  • Progress bars not visible in UI
  • List auto-refresh not working
  • Real-time features not functioning
  • Same issue in both production and developer mode

i use

  • Frappe Version: 15
  • Node.js Version: 18.20.8
  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Redis: Running on ports 11001, 13001
  • Database: postgres

What do you get on Realtime Socket IO section ?

I have this message in console

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at ws://domain.com/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket&sid=RhbFHi4_yW0aDCxFAAAE. websocket.js:43:27

The connection to ws://domain.com:9001/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket&sid=RhbFHi4_yW0aDCxFAAAE was interrupted while the page was loading.
