Progress Invoicing

We are evaluating ERPnext, and we need the abilty of invoicing items partially.

We work on long term projects wich are billed based on completion of tasks. What we would need is to view the billed amount and remaining amount.

Is there a way to do this in Erpnext?

Hi Hernan,

You can create a Sales Order listing all items and their amounts. Then, create a Sales Invoice of a few items or a single item with fewer quantity. Amount billed per item will be tracked in the Sales Order as well as percentage of the whole order that has been already billed.

Try doing this in demo/trial account.
