Project field is disable while create new Task

I am on version 15 of Frappe and ERPNext.

Problem statement - Once a created project is assigned to the user, they are not able to create their task.

Solution - (In Add Task Form) Select Project field should not be disabled OR by default Project should be selected with read only.

You can set Default

Where i can set the default? If the user has assigned 2 projects, so at that time my project field should be dynamically updated.
