Project is blank after upgraded to v13.17.0

Dear,
After I upgrade from v13.16 to 13.17 when open project only show completed project at the list view screen, and when open one project the screen is blank.

Does anyone has this issue?

try to clear cache. otherwise check the console log for any client side errors .

I found the problem when open a project: on the link it show the correct project id I selected, but on the page show the project name of the previous opened project:

and when you change the name in the url does it work ?

I have upgraded the Framework version 13.17.1 and the issued has been fixed.
