What is meant by “Issue” in New task creation form
and what is the use of "Issue"s genrally

the Issue doctype comes from the Support module. It is used for example in a service context to record issues/complaints/problems. Often, to resolve the issue, an action has to be taken. This can be covered using the task. Then, the task can be linked to the related issue.
For example: Issue is “ERPNext crashed in Safari 13”, task could be “Resolve compatibility issue with Safari 13”.

You’re welcome! In case you are not using the Issue, use Task > Customize and then simply hide the Issue link field to eliminate confusion…
