Can we book Journal Voucher(expense) in project ?

yes - go to project, open up the project you want, go down to costing and billing, expand it, and you will see that the particular entries are either entered through time logs, expense claim, or purchase invoice.

Dear, mentioned place we can see the value if it booked from exp claim, PO and time log.
My requirement is: without PO, Time log, exp claim i want to book Cash Voucher ( JV) for the project.
For example, i want to book Fuel Expenses for the project.
what is the way, please suggest.
