Property Setter - Mystery

I have a long running problem - There is one property that is getting set every time I don bench update. This property makes a custom field (which is hidden) mandatory. I removed the property from the property setter list, I have a exported property_setter.json (from another setup) which is also cleaned up to ensure this property is not there. Yet, everytime a bench update is done, this property gets added. I cannot figure out from where this property is getting loaded?

Any ideas on how to solve this mytery?

I’m also facing similar problem with Print formats. Every time I do bench update, the print format gets reset to some old version. There is no print format fixture either. Is something wrong in my setup? Where the system could be reading this info from?
