Proposal: Move SMS Settings and related Doctypes to Frappe Core

Hello All,

I think the SMS sending functionality is more suited as a core functionality of the framework and would like to suggest that it be moved from the ERPNext (erpnext/erpnext/setup/doctype/) app to the Frappe app (frappe/frappe/core/doctype/)

Does anyone have any thoughts with regards to this suggestion?

I need to use SMS Settings for my custom Apps without need to install ERPNext .
