If we click on get items from purchase receipt to make purchase invoice more than 6 items tax and charges is not fetching the other charges in invoice tax table.

Get items will not fetch the tax table, only the item table. You might need to create the invoice from the receipt to fetch all details of the receipt.
Hello @Void_Moon, my use case is to create a purchase invoice for multiple purchase receipts. Sometimes it is fetching with all tax, and sometimes not.
