Purchase Order and Purchase Receipt Only Can Save to Draft but Cannot Submit

I faced a weird issue, it was ok before that, but suddenly this few days the Purchase Order and Purchase Receipt can only Save to Draft, but not able to have “Submit” button after save.

Anyone have any idea on this ? help to advise please.

Check the user roles

I’m using default Administrator user.

Check which permissions are set for default user and which module access is there. Default admin might not have the permission. Check the user role again.

Problem solved. It’s due to i’ve Enabled Allowed User Permission during some testing.
