Purchase Order - Taxes and Charges Not Permitted for Purchase User

When creating a Purchase Order, a user solely with “Purchase User” permissions is unable to select “Taxes and Charges” and will be prompted with a “Not Permitted” message.

Giving “Read, Print, Email and Report” permissions for the Purchase Taxes and Charges Master document to the “Purchase User” solves this problem.

I believe this should be part of the default setting?
