Purchase Taxes and Charges are not auto populate in supplier quotation

I have create one request for quotation submit it.then supplier can login his account and submit that request for quotation .for that request for quotation in adminstration one supplier quotation are generate in the purchase taxes and charges table are not showing any values . when i manually reselect the purchase tax and charges template then the purchase tax and charges table can show the value… why this happen …need help
how to fix this can anyone help me …

Have you set the purchase tax template as Default?

no i do not set it default.

I have multiple purchase tax template for diffrent supplier
