"Purchase Taxes and Charges Template" Not show in the "Purchase Taxes and Charges" table

when i create from request for quotation to supplier quotation “Purchase Taxes and Charges Template” not fetched

only template automatically choose but in the “purchase taxes and charges template” table nothing show
