Hi I am trying to customize the Employee doctype and whenever I try to put any custom fields when I hit update. It gives this error.
Anyone having the same problem can you pls tell me how did you fix it?

I have already paste the error to chatGPT and found nothing, that’s why I came here hoping someone has encountered the same problem
That is the error itself and I already tried searching online
Solutions I did.
1)Traced the whole database of the Employee doctype
- I tried resetting all of the customizations and it saved no problem and when I try to add a new custom form and when I click update the error occurs.
