I am facing qty issue in Stock Ledger Entry, where qty(actual qty) is reduced twice(instead of 1) from warehouse_1 and twice added in warehouse_2 which doing Stock Transfer.
Eg., here from same warehouse, instead of 1 qty, twice(2 qty)reduced for same serial no. Same scenario for Non-serialised item codes.
Can anyone guide me?
Can you tell us the exact process you’re doing for this stock transfer entry? I can see that the voucher numbers for both entries are different.
This issue may be caused by duplicate Stock Ledger Entries (SLE) being created during the stock transfer process. It is compulsory to check if the system is recording multiple entries for the same serial number that lead to the actual quantity being reduced twice instead of once.
Yes, system shouldn’t allow this, if user using same serial no in two different transaction.
