Quality inspection template Reading value is not between range also status show as 'Accepted' how?

i have create one quality inspection template

and attached this template to one item

then i have create purchase receipt and create quality inspection

so now my Minimum Value is 8 and Maximum Value is 9 and now my Reading Value is 5

status show as ‘Accepted’ How? it will be ‘Rejected’. because reading value is not between Minimum and Maximum Range
