I want report which show the Average Time of (Material Request to Purchase Receipt). That is how much Average time taken in item wise. Time calculate from Material Request time to till Purchase Receipt Time.

I think for this you will have to calculate the duration between the time between the material request creation date and the final stock ledger entry date which will be created when Purchase Receipt is made.
Collect this data via SQL, and calculate average. However I don’t know how mysql does with calculating average duration etc. But this is probably doable.
No I don’t have a report. But have you explored the reports related to Purchase or Stock this feature could be possibly be already present
