Question about Prepaid Sales with ErpNext

Hello, I’m making sales linked to my customers. For example, my customer makes a prepayment, and the price of the product is fixed until the payment is completed. Thanks to the prepayment, they are not affected by price increases.

How can I ensure that my customer can purchase products at the price list I’ve set until the payment is finished, then revert to the normal price list, and that the system sends me a notification/warning?

If you use a sales Order and then tick the checkbox “Maintain Same Rate Throughout Sales Cycle” in the sales setting you can lock the rates
