Quick Entry for Item Issue

Hello All,

I have ERPNext: v8.7.1 (master) and
Frappe Framework: v8.6.7 (master)

I am coming through one issue when I click on maintain stock for item quick entry it does not reflect to be what expected please see below

am I missing something??

I checked quick_entry.js
where depends on conditions seems to be right can any one suggest whats wrong with this i am getting all fields required in
