Quick Entry not working for my custom doctype

I checked I have only 5 field in Allow Quick Entry, still not working

Please check how many mandatory field in your doctype or add mandatory field in quick entry

What do you mean by not working? are you not able to save it? is the quick entry not visible? Please explain this with a screenshot or video.

quick entry not showing, it directly opening whole form when we click on new list

Do you have any mandatory fields in the doctype? Have you checked the quick entry checkbox?

yes i have checked the box

and also which field is set as allow in quick entry is also check as mandatory fields

i think this because of my client scripts, where I can find error ?

f12 and Check in the Console tab. Otherwise share the video.
