Quotation, Sales Order etc able to send via email even if canceled

Hi all,

just noticed that canceled documents can be sent via email.
printing is not permitted - wich is right
I recon it is not expected as email should do the same as printing

can you please tell me wich script does that email funktion and the one doing the printing so I could have a look at it and if successful PR it
