Qutation Mail : Message default text not accepting

HI everybody,

After submitting quotation, Reply mail comes which is not accepting ‘Message default text’ and so it cannot be sent. Which file I have to check for this mail sending code?
Anybody know the location of Reply mail file?

Click on CC and Standard Reply, from there choose your standard reply.[quote=“Amalendu, post:1, topic:16304”]

Sorry, I can clarify it…
Message Body Text I meant, the text in the Message text field

Here, in the above image,

“Dear TR- td1” is already there in 'Message"

I want to send emaile even if “Dear TR- td1” exists.

(So that I can set some pre-defined text)
