Cost of good sold used when i receive items

Hello … I MAKE a Purchase order and i receive the product and every thing is great The item quantity is 1 and the price is 4$ but when i check my general ledger i see the account of cost of good sold moved in credit amount 0.0010 So why the cost of good sold used her??

Wrong value is being posted to the cost of goods sold while creating Purchase receipt

I have created purchase receipt for the invoice which has a total amount of 22500, the ledger entry for that voucher is of amount 200158 which is being credited to the cost of goods sold account. how this amount is calculated ? and sometimes the amount is credited from the cost of goods sold account for the purchase receipt.
