In the Raven app, notifications are provided on mobile and the dashboard, rather than within the system. Even when my browser is closed, it still notifies me of new messages.

We’ve added push notifications on the mobile app. We’ll be adding it to our web app later this week.

Install the PWA on your phone, then go to Profile > Settings and you’ll see a toggle for push notifications.
Push notifications would only work on Frappe Cloud as of now though.

is there any configuration to be done for allowing settings option in PWA app
like this one below
Yeah you need to enable Push notification relay in Frappe. Remember that this would only work on Frappe Cloud right now.
