Raw materials planned vs raw materials consumed

Regards,
1 - How I add items to a production order while it is in progress. For example: Item A BOM uses 2 raw materials to be created, but as he was making, it hurt 1 raw material and must be replaced.

2- How should I do it? It is possible? - I build a report that shows me the raw materials that were planned to be used to manufacture the Item A vs those actually consumed? ex: Planned Qty 2 Used Qty 3

I guess you could cancel Production Order and create a new one.

OR

Keep things as they are and make the adjustment directly in your (material issue and backflush) stock entries and leave a comment.
