There is a lot to fix in the way communications are tracked. I think you should just change in communication.js the list that is fetch to a more complex list than just the doctype and parentfield.
Also you should centralize all contact, customer and lead into a single place to search from.

We should be able to replicate it at our end. So please give us as much information as you can. Please see it from the point of view of the person receiving the communication.
For sending images, use http://imgur.com or other similar services. Do not send images as attachments. Links are good. Same goes for any file you are going to send.

I suggestion that I think it will make project management experts to love this beautiful ERP, is to incorporate a project view "Trello Style", see as an example https://trello.com/b/tM6QGCLH/loomio-roadmap that is an agile methodology that is the trend to follow (that works) in successful project management.
Thanks for your work and dedication, Miguel

I have a strange question about the priorities of the team!
Because instead of listening to your data you opened a voting system?
Solving accounts you can reduce 21% of the numbers of issues, it is a great increase in the quality of the system!
I get the data for my analisys from issues!

Agreed that numbers should also be taken into account. Currently, PDF has the highest number of votes. Should PDF win, one of us will work on PDF, but it does not mean that other areas will be neglected :) For eg. Nabin will work on Accounts, especially the Financial Statements report that is missing in ver 4.
It also indicates that PDF is something that lot of people desire a lot even though the other areas need to be improved. It could be stopping them from using the system effectively or sticking to the software.
I think Voting System will ensure that we implement at least one feature a month that the users desire immediately.
Thanks, Anand.

That will automatically happen in the next list. Maybe we should build a feature to carry-forward votes from a previous poll for the losing candidates..
Also thanks for the chart - yeah accounting has the maximum tickets and should be our focus area.
