read only field visible when form is Is_new

Hello dude. Hope all are good.
I have doctype and have one field which is read only data field. now I want When user form view it can be visible. as norlam we know . read only field is unvisible until set the valu.
Basically I want Field will be visible, it contain null or empty value and field type read only.

Is it possiable?

You have to check the default example.

When creating a new item in the Item master, only the “Standard Selling Rate” appears. so you can set the “Depend On” condition on that field.
