I’m currently setting up a Frappe/ERPNext v16 environment and would like to know which version combination is currently considered stable and compatible for production use.
I’m specifically looking for a combination with good compatibility between Frappe, ERPNext, and HRMS, with minimal migration issues and dependency/version conflicts.
Current requirement
I’m planning to use:
- Frappe v16
- ERPNext v16
- HRMS v16
Since there are multiple releases within v16, I’m unsure whether it is better to use the latest releases or a specific stable release/tag.
Questions
- Which Frappe v16 + ERPNext v16 versions are you currently using successfully?
- Which HRMS v16 version is compatible with that combination?
- For a production environment, would you recommend staying on a particular v16 release rather than always using the latest release?
- Are there any v16 versions that currently have known compatibility or migration issues?
If you are already running v16 in production, it would be very helpful if you could share your exact working versions, for example:
Frappe: x.x.x

and whether the setup is being used in production or development.
