Redirect/ Link directly to DocType

Is there a way to redirect to a specific doctype when you open an app from the desk, bypassing module def? For example how ToDo takes you right to the Todo dialog, buy Buying brings you to the module def page.
Is there a way to put an icon/link directly to a doctype on the desk?

Using Add to Desktop feature you can add the doctype icon on the desk

thanks rohit_w but how to remove icon after adding ?

Click on your username located at right of navbar. Select Set Desktop Icons.
Uncheck the icons you dont want.
