In another terminal start bench by bench start

Open a second terminal and run the server bench start, and then get back to this terminal and run the same command. As per the given screen shot, I understand that it’s trying to migrate, and for migrating, the server should be running. So you can run the server in a second terminal and run the command on another terminal.
