Redis server error

another day another problem

with the bitnami image resolved notifications i think just waiting on confirmation from the boss but email queue looks good

trying to add more users to the system and getting this error

turned off production mode ran bench update amongst other things

have googled some solutions to no avail before posting this

seems this system has many configuration problems, is anyone able to advise my next steps?

i already have some users and employees but i need to create and add more

there’s a “permission denied” error that might be contributing

not sure on the command here to resolve this, haven’t changed any redis configurations since being able to add users and employees.
