We have got our leave policy changed. We are reducing certain types of leaves. This is mid-year change.
We have decided to allow 15 EL instead of 18 EL. So how to set it right? Can we update the opening balance as on 1-Jan-2025 to 15 from existing 18 ? or can we allocate -3 EL to all staff to make it 15 from yearly opening of 18.
Kindly guide that How to reduce the Leaves? Can there be a mid year RE-allocation of -ve leaves so that reduces leave balance or some feature to reduce number of leaves is there ?
