Let’s say a customer ordered 1000 pieces of a product and asked to deliver 100 first. But he didn’t like the product and asked to cancel the order for the next 900 pieces. Does ERPNext accommodate this situation? Can we amend the sales order once its submitted?
You can “Stop” the sales order.
But that doesn’t solve the issue…I need to amend the sales order.
Right now thats the best solution.
Your can cancel your deliveries and re assign the sales orders.
