I need to remove these items from the Email queue because they are invalid email addresses. IT says I need to be an administrator but I also read that I cannot make myself the administrator if I am cloud hosted. What should I do?

If you want to delete Email Queue then login with Administrator user and delete it.
The system manage can’t delete Email Queue because
