I don’t think there is a way to rename an installed app.
I think the name is defined with the bench get-app so you’d need to restart at that point.
That said I hove no idea what happens on a db level if you have a running app with data which you’d have to replace with a renamed app though and I can’t imagine it is anything good on a production system.
