Rename on User drop down menu, even if only Read Only role is available for user

Hi there,

how comes an User, with a read only permission, can Rename from drop down menu?

that should be available only for Administrator / System Manager role. It seems Menù is not completely reflecting the rules.

Could you please check?

Hello,

Thanks for indicating this issue. Can you please create Github Issue for it. For now, Renaming is not controll by Role Permissions. If Renaming is allowed for a Doctype, then all the Users having permission on that Doctype will be able to rename it.

If possibile, If signup is disabled in website settings, would be nice also to have: - all fields read only - hide all button (Set Icons, Create Email) in this case only Administrator / System Manager role can write and see custom buttons Thx
