Renaming item_code also renames item_name

Hi,

I need to rename the item code all of the items. I tried using the Renaming Tool if ERPNext but when I tried it some of the items item_name also is being renamed same as the item_code. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @Rabie_Moses_Santill1,

Those using version 12 will know if the problem occurs. I think it’s version 12 and even if there is a bug it won’t be solved because support for version 13 or older has been stopped.

Hi so I am using ERPNext v.15 now but the same issue is happening. What could be the problem?
