To organize the items in the stock locations that exist in the warehouse, how can I know which item is most moved, not by quantity, but by the number of sales.
Is there a report to know which item is moved the most in order to define a physically closest stock location for the stock picker to collect the item?
Nothing comes to my mind immediately.
All the stock movement gets logged in “Stock Ledger Entry” doctype. You can probably build some dashboard based on this table using custom report or insights - Frappe Insights

A quick solution would be:
Use “Stock Ledger Entry”
Change to “Report view”
Filter by Qty Change < 0 (only sales …)
Group by Item Code and use Count.
This will show how many times an item was sold.
