May be upgrade/update your Frappe/ERPNext to the version-15 branch.
A change was made in this code source file in march 2024.
I see that you’ve got a company name beside the awesome search bar, it’s not a core feature, and a broken logo in breadcrumb path.
Are you sure you don’t have any custom script or hosting/install broken app ?
Solved This Issue in Latest Update
