Report View with white background?

Im not sure why, but for some reason I have some reports that have white backgrounds on them? However the values computed are still correct.
Im just afraid that i am somehow encoding wrong? or it will have an error in other reports (that I havent noticed yet)

ERPNext: v13.30.0 (version-13)

Frappe Framework: v13.29.1 (version-13)

Maybe issue in v13; it has a black background in v14.
