I want to create script report with two ref doctype, but we can select only one report. So, is there any way to do so?
The purpose is to bring union of rows from both the tables.

As far as I know, Reference doctype has no relation with what doctype rows you fetch. Rather it is more related to the role permissions. The viewer will be able to certain rows as per their role permissions on the reference doctype.
For example there is a Purchase Manager and a purchase user. Both roles can have varying levels of access to purchase entries. Same will be reflected in the report too.
