Hi HF,

We have fixed this issue. Please pull the latest changes from the master branch.
Then, go to Tools > Clear Cache and Refresh. Then try printing. It should work.

Thanks,
Anand.

Hi Anand;

Still have same problem I tried :

sudo lib/wnf.py --pull origin master
I got first permission denied (publickey), then it continues and
updates files
Then I made same command without sudo , I got some downloads then I
got the error : cannot open .git/FETCH_HEAD permission denied.

Then I tried clear cache and refresh, but nothing changed, still
hanging when printing reports.
Please advise.

Hi HF,

There seems to be some file permissions issue.

Please set user and group of all files same as that of apache user and group
at the base folder, do
chown -R {apache_user}:{apache_group} *

then do sudo lib/wnf.py --pull origin master

This should solve your problem.

-Anand.

Hi HF,

it is clearly an issue of unix user permissions, which is difficult to
figure out.

The simplest solution right now is to change permissions of all files
in the whole directory tree as 777.

ie. chmod -R 777 *

this will solve the issue temporarily.

-Anand.

Hi HF,

try going to the folder where erpnext is installed.
do
git pull origin master

then go to lib folder
do
git pull origin master

does everything work fine till here?
If for a particular folder, it doesnt work, please do git branch and
see if the branch is master.

Hi Anand;

I do that now for the erpnext folder and it starts downloading then
gives me
error : your local changes to the following files will be overwritten
by merge :
public/css/wn-web.css
public/js/wn-web.js

Please, commit your changes or stash them before you can merge.
Aborting

I don’t know what that means ?

Hi HF,

try going to the folder where erpnext is installed.
do
git pull origin master

then go to lib folder
do
git pull origin master

does everything work fine till here?
If for a particular folder, it doesnt work, please do git branch and
see if the branch is master.

-Anand.

Hi HF,

Git takes some time to get used to. It certainly is a permissions
issue. I am just not able to point my finger at the issue.
