Could not understand your query properly. You can do filter based on company in General Ledger report. Is this not working?
By the way, you are still in version 3.0? There are many fixes and upgrades in version 4.0, up-gradation is highly recommended.

i still working on version 3.0
i didn`t want to show the other companies on report filter or to prevent the user to make reports for any company except united company
Don’t think this is possible in version 3. It has been fixed in version 4.
