Request timeout error when I try to save an auto repeat doc

I am not able to edit or make any changes to any document in auto repeat list. When i try to save a change, the system freezes, and I get a request timed out error. Does anybody know the reason?

Press F12 and go to the console tab and copy and paste the error here. That might tell you and us what the error is all about.

Hey. Thank you for responding. This is the error that I see.

Not sure if you have the console on. Have this as a window and try saving that document again. See if you get any errors in the console. If yes, please copy paste it here.

If no, maybe somebody else can help you with this.

I have no influence over when the issue (if it is an issue) will get fixed. I’m just being helpful. :slight_smile:

HI, @Suhana_Ayisha Did you resolve this issue? I got the same error in my version-13 production setup.
