hello community . I have this situation where reserved qty is greater than the qty . how could this even happen ?
Reserved qty is based on the sales orders for that item whish has not yet been delivered, whereas actual qty is the current available stock.
There is no validation for stock levels in the sales order level. So you can create sales orders even if you don’t have any stock available. You just won’t be able to deliver them (or submit invoices if update_stock is ticked)
