Is there any means to reset the chart of Account, and also group copy paste and deletion instead of one by one.

For fresh Chart of Account, you should consider creating new Company. You can set new company as default in:
Setup >> Global Defaults
For clearing Chart of Account of existing company, you will have to cancel accounting transactions and then ledgers one-by-one.
