You can restore your data from your site’s database backup. To restore the backup please use the bench backup command.

but i have not a backup file, and i loss some records accidentally

If you have canceled them by mistake, then you can again restore it by amend-save.

If you have deleted it, then it won’t be recoverable. Since deletion is a permanent action, we also give a prompt intimating User about it.
