Restrict permission to delete attached file

Hi
Is it possible in ERPNEXT to restrict permission to delete attached file, so only user can attach file to :
Lead
Customer
Opportunity
Quotation
Sales Order
Contact
Address
Item
Journal Voucher
Sales invoice
and …,…

but they can’t delete attached file , so we use for archive document too ?
