Role Permission for specific doctype keep dissapearing after update

I set a role permission for specific role for a doctype, for example:
Role: Admin
Doctype: Address

but after update for my custom app, the permission for that role and doctype keep dissapearing.
Anyone knows how to fix it?

I have similar question but in opposite way. How to script the role permission in the custom app so that it persist through migrate.
