Role permission issue

Hi, Everyone

I have custom roles and doc types, I’m facing an issue.

For e.g:- I assigned a project to a new user so that they can upload purchase invoices for that project and view only those invoices. However, the user is able to see the entire list of purchase invoices, even though they cannot open the documents for other purchase invoices. Perhaps something else is triggering this issue.
Need Assistance.

UPDATE-

I gave the user a role called - Coordinator in which i’m facing this issue.
But then i changed the role to Supervisor in that he is not able to see the list. but in the upload section he can see the project list when he try to select the project.

So i guess it’s a coordinator or project doc type permission issue.

Any help appreciated.

create a user permission for the user only allowing the allocated project.hope this helps
